How to whisk and prepare tasty matcha
[Items to be prepared]
Teacup, Cup for cooling hot water (any teacup or mug)
Tea strainer (home-use tea strainer is sufficient)
Tea whisk (chasen), Matcha, Teaspoon

Prepare hot water (60cc) at around 80 degrees Celsius.
(If the water is too hot, cool in a cup)

Take matcha to a tea strainer and sift matcha into a teacup with a spoon.
※About 1.2 g (1/4 teaspoon) for one person

Pour the hot water from the cooling cup to the teacup.
Whisk the matcha in an "m" motion until it becomes foamy.
※Fine foam can be made by finely whisking the surface in the end.
