We are looking for outside route sales staff
Aiya's sales style is not cold calling.
We visit department stores and supermarkets where we have long-standing relationships,
and communicate with the staff to hear customers' requests.
There are no quotas, and the goal is not to make a sale.
It is important to listen carefully to the other person and understand their true needs.
Once we have heard the customer's requests, we discuss them within the department and use that to propose appropriate products.
This is the perfect job for people who enjoy talking to people and people who love matcha.

Business Content
・Visit roadside stations, department stores, supermarkets, and other mass retailers to listen to orders and requests.
Suggest Aiya tea products (matcha, matcha sweets, teas, etc.) based on customer requests.
・Respond to customer inquiries (product introductions, sample shipping, creating estimates, etc.)
・Ship and deliver products to business partners.
Application requirements
Required
・Class 1 ordinary driver's license (driving will be required during work)
・There will be loading and unloading of around 10kg of luggage, so those who can handle it
Preferred
・Experience in wholesale sales of consumer goods at a manufacturer or distributor (wholesaler) (around 2 years)
・Experience in sales and store management in the retail industry (around 2 years)
Application details
- Monthly salary
- 230,000 yen or more *Preferential treatment will be given based on experience according to our company regulations / Transportation expenses (up to 18,000 yen)
Overtime pay will be paid in full in 1-minute increments. *Average monthly overtime hours are approximately 20 hours.
- Salary increase
- Once a year (salary increase based on position and points according to the published salary scale)
*Last year's performance was 2.5 months
- Bonus
- Twice a year (plus a closing bonus at the end of January depending on annual performance)
- Location
- 15 Yokomachi Yashiki, Kamimachi, Nishio City, Aichi Prefecture (within the Aiya main store premises)
- Working hours
- 9:15~18:30 Break: 90 minutes in total (15 minutes + 60 minutes + 15 minutes)
- Holidays and vacations
- 120 days per year *Shift system
